Pre-processing of Cup and Iid Assembly including minor geometry clean up (Includes Meshing, Contacts, Applying BCs, Loading for NonLinear analyses for given four load cases, namely Two straight Lids and two Tilted Lids to find clamping and unclamping loads ) (S/W Ansys). FE Analysis will be conducted with non-linear material properties provided by MKS Vision (Customer) and will be used as it is and accuracy will be highly sensitive to material stress strain curve. For any discrepancies in results accuracy, the material model changes will account additional form of iterations.
